Es war soweit alles super, bei der Ankunft war es ein sehr netter Herr der an der Rezeption saß, der war echt super, das übrige Personal machte eher einen "sprich mich nicht an" und "jetzt muss ich leider mit dem Gast agieren " eindruck.

Wir wurden sehr lieb empfangen, uns wurde geholfen einen Parkplatz zu finden, ein weiteres Zimmer wurde uns angeboten,weil der Sohn zu groß für das bereit gestellte Bett war. Sehr zentral an der Promenade gelegen. Einzig die Größe der Dusche und die Matratze waren für unsere Statur nicht wirklich gut geeignet

Jättefint hotel!

Horellet har bästa läge mittemot flera restauranger och pubar. Rummet är rent och fint med ett trevligt badrum, men kanske inte de bästa sängar. Frukosten var mycket bra.

Schnell gebucht - hat super gepasst.

Wollten drei Nächte an der polnischen Ostsee verbringen. Die Lage zum Strand war gut. Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral ,die Mitarbeiter und der Chef sehr freundlich , helfen wo sie nur können . Obwohl das Hotel mit älteren Möbeln ausgestattet ist , ist alles sehr.,sehr , sauber . Dieses Hotel ist ja ein Kurhotel und meist von älteren Gästen besucht , aber wir sind etwas jünger und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . DANKE

Trevligt hotell med bra läge. Svårt att få parkering. Under mina 35 år hotell- och service branchen har jag aldrig träffat på en surare och otrevligare person som damen vid frukosten. Hennes beteende var under all kritik.

Hemskt!

Äldre hotell som behöver en rejäl uppdatering. Saknas AC och det luktade gammal heltäckningsmatta på rummet. Det blev otroligt varmt och kvavt. Nyckel till rummet var en vanlig nyckel, som man behöver använda både in-och utvändigt för att låsa och låsa upp. Det är osäkert ur brandrisk. Otrevligt bemötande vid frukosten på grund av att vi inte hade med oss ”frukostbiljetten”. Det var ingen information som vi fick vid den bristfälliga incheckningen, på grund av att personalen inte kunde engelska. Miljön i matsalen vid frukosten var hemsk. Det var varmt och fuktigt eftersom det saknades AC. Maten som serverades vid frukosten var även en dålig upplevelse då maten såg ofräsch ut, smakade illa och det kändes ohälsosamt på grund av att det var så varmt.

Parkeringen var et mareridt.

Hotellet havde en meget fin beliggenhed lige overfor en lang gågade med en masse butikker og restauranter. Tæt på stranden. Morgenmaden var kedelig. Receptionisterne talte ingen engelsk og kun lidt tysk. Parkeringsmulighederne var meget dårlige. Når man endelig fandt en p plads kunne man risikere at være et pænt stykke væk fra hotellet. Man skulle betale i et parkometer. Alt stod på polsk hvilket er fint nok. Men da jeg bad receptionisten om hjælp så fik jeg det ret flabede svar at jeg kun havde betalt for et værelse. Parkering måtte jeg selv finde ud af. Jeg endte med at betale for hver time mellem kl 08-20 ( natten var gratis ). Jeg måtte ud kl 07.45 og rode med parkometer hver morgen. Jeg tænker at det nok havde været muligt at betale for hele dage men pga sproget og receptionistens mangel på hjælp endte jeg med at bruge en del penge på parkering. Så alt i alt - fin beliggenhed men ikke et hotel jeg vælger igen især pga parkering og så var det også et ældre hotel men uden charmen.
