Netter Kontakt, dennoch einige Unannehmlichkeiten

Vorab sehr gute Kommunikation, allerdings habe ich auch auf zweifache Anfrage kurz vor Reisebeginn keine Infos zur Schlüsselübergabe erhalten. Bei Ankunft standen wir ohne den benötigten Code vor dem Haus und konnten nicht hinein. Den Code haben wir erst später auf nochmalige Nachfrage erhalten. Außerdem war die Klappe des Frostfaches defekt, auch der Tisch für den Balkon war sehr rostig, für Kleinkinder nicht so gut geeignet. Die Handtücher, welche nach 8 Tagen gewechselt werden sollten, wurden auch nicht getauscht. Zugangscode rechtzeitig mitteilen, Campingtisch austauschen, Tk-Fach reparieren...

Ich komme ja Mun öfter her,ob allein oder mit meinem Mann,und es ist jedesmal sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist immer toll,in Top Lage,der Service und die buchungsabwicklung läuft immer super. Jeder Aufenthalt fühlt sich an wie nach Hause kommen. Dann schönem Wetter hätte ich auch tolle Urlaubstage vor Ort. Ich komme immer gerne egal zu welcher Jahreszeit. Swinemünde ist super schön Alles Tip top
