My wife and I loved the place, it was well kept, the blankets were warm and the bed comfortable. The lounges/daybed type things were so comfortable I ended up taking an accidental nap. The view out the back window/off the porch was nice. The area itself was quiet.

This cabin in the Poconos is exactly what my family needed. We're from busy South Jersey, so it was nice to relax in the mountains. Great place and the host is very kind. We will be back someday.

My kiddo wanted to stay in a cabin and have a fire in a fire pit, and this fit the bill perfectly. Clean and tidy and not remote--in a tiny neighborhood near all the tourist stuff but feels far away from that.

This is a quaint, rustic cabin close to lots of things. We very much enjoyed sitting on the large and open deck watching wildlife. The cabin was equipped with everything you might need.

Perfect weekend getaway

My family and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here at the cabin. It was the perfect spot to come back to after a day of activities in Mount Pocono. outlets were close and we had a wonderful breakfast out. The kids loved exploring the wooded property. We will definitely come back and stay again in the warmer months so we can enjoy the outdoor fire pit!

Only downfall was the Ice on the ground leading up to the Cabin. Had to be very careful walking towards entrance. otherwise everything was very nice and clean inside.

Very nice!

This was a great place for a weekend hiking trip. Views off the porch are beautiful, and many many deer at dusk. Kitchen is efficient, lots of games, and book selection is varied. Chris was very responsive.

Absolutely Lovely

Everything was just as listed - clean linens and towels, a clean house. There was some trash in the back or side from the neighbors, whose trash had been ravaged by some critter, but it wasn't an issue for our purposes.We had a multi-day event at Kalahari Resort and loved being able to quickly go back and forth - close to everything but remote enough to be relaxing. Loved the communication with the host!

Short but lovely stay

We just needed to stay in the area for 2 nights for a special family event. This cabin was perfect! Wish we could have stayed longer. We loved the tea selection and the convenient electric kettle! Our host was a good communicator and helpful with questions. We would stay here again for sure! Only bad thing is I'm fairly certain I left my favorite sweatshirt! :(

Leaf season and the cabin was more than charming. Although it felt like we were remote, we were very close to the Gap, and hikes. A neighbor was friendly and interesting with tales of the community. The house had all modern amenities we needed. The host was immediately responsive before and during our stay. Canā€™t wait to go back!!!

Very nice cabin...

The cabin is very nice and well kept, very clean... The sofa was not very comfortable. Chris was very responsive and helpful. We couldn't find much to do in the area so that was really they only downfall. Our little dog had a blast exploring.

The cabin was quite cozy and clean. We would have rated our stay higher had it not been for the people renting the property next to it, who played loud music and banged pots and pans until midnight. These things happen, and it's just the luck of the draw with other Vrbo people trying to have their version of a good time. Maybe we'll have better luck next time.

Very nice cabin and location

This cabin was really a great alternative to getting a hotel. The host was easily accessible and the space was really nice. This location was close to everything we needed (casino, Walmart, diner) Only downside was the neighbors up the road that had a random 48 hr party with a bunch of cars that blocked the entire road and driveway. They did move their cars without issue though. But other than that, the stay was peaceful, much needed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy updated ā€˜rusticā€™ cabin

This ā€˜rusticā€™ cabin has been renovated so well. Lots of cool surprises like the indoor electric fireplace with crackling sounds and the outdoor propane fire table to watch the sun set. New baseboard heating with individual controls. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and some basic seasonings and condiments. Nice furniture pieces including theā€™Fainting Chairā€™ by the fireplace. Didnā€™t use the kids bunk room but it looks perfect for a hangout. Nice selection of books and a few games. The neighborhood red fox made a few appearances and you can hear the stream down below from the new deck. Great find! We hope to return soon.
