The room was very clean. If you wanted you could have service done everyday. We opted out of that but they still provided us everything we needed; towels, more toilet paper, etc. Any staff member we met was nothing but kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They were excellent. We loved it there! Great room, beautiful beach, large pools. Great buffet restaurant! And the friendliest staff ever! One little note: If you have mobility issues be aware the beach has a slope that can make it tricky to get out of the water unassisted and the toilets are quite low.
