"Our stay at Mövenpick Dead Sea Resort was outstanding! An oasis of tranquility with breathtaking panoramic views of the Dead Sea from our balcony. We loved the beautiful pools and the Zara Spa with its infinity pool. The young man at the reception desk was very helpful, professional, and kind. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We would definitely return again!"

"I liked the comfort of the bed, size of the room. Balcony with a view of the Dead Sea. Food at breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Didn't like no loo paper at all in gents loo by the pools on day 2 (limited loo paper in some loos on day 1). Bedside light worked on day 1 then stopped working. No hot water for a shower at about 5:45pm (it did heat up about 45 minutes later but annoying when you expect to shower)."

"The hotel was very clean (considering there is still construction work going on) and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Check in at reception was super quick and straightforward. Our room was superbly furnished and comfortable, with nice view of the dead sea from the balcony. The pool was clean, and towels provided. Plenty of sun loungers to relax. The al-Mira restaurant in the hotel had delicious food and a wide selection of dishes to suit every taste. It was very reasonably priced,...

"First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...
