The home has an open concept kitchen, living room and queen size bed. The bathroom features a large metal stock tank bathtub with shower. Great for soaking your troubles away! A covered carport.

A Perfect Couple Cozy house in the countrysideHost was quite accommodating and a Great assist.Relaxing Atmosphere thru out our week stay for wife’s work week in town & Hubby just needing a break from the previous 2 months of nonstop work/life’s busy activities! Hot tub was Awesome Peaceful area & all the essentials were there on the Property! Located near to town, accessible for easy supply runs. Host also lite up the property fence line for easy locating at nite!

The tiny house was just perfect for what we needed. It had a really special charm to it and had everything we could’ve possibly needed. It is well cared for and so very clean. We loved it and would stay there again many times over.

Perfect Off The Grid Getaway

A Great Overnight Stop

We booked for 1 night, and it exceeded our expectations. The decor is great! We loved the set up. The host thought of everything someone might need. We were both extremely pleased. The property is only 5 minutes from town making it convenient to grab a bite to eat. We hope that one day we can here stay again.

Relaxing and Serene

Ms.Judy is absolutely an amazing host! I needed a short break and gor just that. The hot tub was so relaxing and the decorations for Ms.Hen House, was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for having us.

Top of my list stay!

I am thrilled. I chose the hen house as a pitstop on my travels! It felt like stumbling upon one of life‘s hidden gems, and I’m eager to share it with my friend so they can experience its charm too. The cozy country decor and fantastic, hot tub provided me the perfect peace and serenity I was craving. Judy really set the bar for places to stay and I hope to return again!

What a great place!

Really loved staying here. It was very neat - and a great, convenient setting. Everything was well stocked, and the host was very thoughtful. We loved the various decorative touches around the property. We were a little skeptical when we drove up as it is basically right in front of the host's house, but they are great hosts - and we felt very secluded. There was also some really good wildlife. One note: If you are someone like me who sleeps with no lights and a very quiet environment be aware - this is a small, cozy place. The AC and fridge are a little noisy - not overly-they work great. But if you have trouble sleeping with those types of noise - be prepared. I loved the property - so it was fine, but wanted to give all information if you want to stay here. The theme was fantastic - the directions were great - the entrance to the property was very well marked, and the the host created a great place to get away, We only stayed one night on our way to Palo Duro Canyon from San Antonio - but that one night was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Judy is an excellent host and this property is perfect. I loved this place. I stayed at the Hen House and it was exactly what I was looking for, plus peace and quiet, a great sunset, and a great night sky.Note, the area is West Texas desert, and the ground has various stickers.

Had a lovely stay here in Sweetwater with my dog. It was the perfect distance from town. Not too far but also felt very secluded. The hosts were fantastic and the Hen House was lovely for our three night visit.
