We have power and water and ready to house workers or displaced locals - the road up to it requires 4WD.

This stunning tiny house is just about 20 mins from Asheville.

The Nordic style tiny house has a Japandi style interior (a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian designs) to give you a clean and cozy feel. Experience luxurious tiny living with this rare gem.

Venture up to the top of a ridge with incredible views on the property and drive up (however, if heights give you a ton of anxiety, the drive may not be for you).

Black Mountain, hiking, restaurants, breweries and much more within 15 minutes.

Located in the woods atop the ridge with mountain views in the winter. The house sits on 7 acres shared with the property owner’s house a few hundred feet away.

Pets are welcome but there’s a friendly poodle next door so we request dogs get along well with others.

There’s a smart tv just over the foot of the bed (a Frame tv) that was installed right after pics were taken.

Coffee bar is equipped with local beans, a French press, and along with a kettle and tea options.

Kitchen equipped with a hot plate and microwave for simple meals as well as basic utensils.

The bed is on the main level and is the perfect place to relax, work, and unplug after exploring Asheville or hiking with the pup. Or, just stay in and rejuvenate next to the fire table.

Swannanoa is an incredible town nestled in the mountains between Black Mountain and Asheville. Great hiking, food, and drinks within minutes.
