  • Located on the banks of Rainey Creek this brand new 4 bedroom townhouse is in the heart of Swan Valley. A scenic community nestled along the South Fork of the Snake River, one of the premier dry-fly fisheries in all of North America.

    This new home is comfortable with lots of space to relax after a day of fishing, hiking, boating or sight seeing. It is equipped with high-speed fiber optic Internet and is within walking distance of the new Swan Valley General Store.

    This home is conveniently located just 45 minutes from Idaho Falls, 1 hour from famous Jackson Hole and 1 hour from Grand Targhee Ski Resort. With world famous fishing, hiking and the Palisades reservoir just minutes away, it is the perfect central location for your vacation during any season of the year.
