"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY, apartment was dirty, bugs in bed, bathroom fan full of dirt, mold in bathroom and bedroom, washing machine had slime in it. We moved to another hotel . The property manager refused to refund. DISGUSTING PLACE."

"Beautifully decorated and very well maintained hotel. Room was very well equipped, a spotlessly clean. Brilliantly located for the centre of town. Very helpful staff and very simple and efficient check in/out process."

"The property was excellent and very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our trips to Lincoln, Ely, Grantham, Kings Lynn and Sandringham. Also enjoyed the local Wisbech Museum. There was a local shop and larger grocery near by. The only downside was the school around the corner and was busy and noisy in the mornings"

"Not what I paid for. The accommodation I booked several weeks in advance was not available when I arrived and was taken to a room with just a bed in it, in the renters own house, which was in a mess as it was being done up. I was not even given a key so the house was not secure at any time. I even had to ask to borrow a towel. I paid for two nights in advance but lady after one night as the place was so awful. "

"Perfect place for our one night stop over when travelling through Norfolk. Exeptionally clean, friendly hosts and well stocked kitchen. Good tv, comfy bed. For a longer stay, we might have wanted to be more central. But a perfect place to travel out from by car."

"We stayed with daughter, son in law and granddaughter and it was perfect. We all had our own bathroom and plenty of room in the lounge area. 20 mins walk into village and fantastic farm shop. We went on the light railway from the village to Wells by Sea and back and granddaughter was so excited. We had a lovely chillout family week and can recommendthis cottage.."

"The hallway stinks and comes into your room. No running hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink. Heating is on a timer unable to adjust so freezing. Stains all over the blinds. Sofa bed wasn’t mate up. Views of a brick wall out your window. Save your money book elsewhere."

"Everything was absolutely spot on, what a lovely house . Everything was made easy for us from start to finish, we cooked a couple of nights and ell the equipment was there, so much attention to detail. Towels and bedding were luxurious and the whole place was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be back!"

"Stayed for 5 nights Place was very nice clean, bed was a little uncomfortable very thin mattress and booking suggested queen bed but it was a double. Very limited on takeaway places for delivery if you wanted a night in. But otherwise a very nice place to stay. "

"Ideal, modern apartment for a couple wanting a short break to explore Norfolk by car or bike. Lots of NT, EH and private gardens/properties within easy travel distance. Well stocked but rather pricy farm shop on site. Apartment is on first floor up quite steep stairs so not ideal for all. Kitchen equipment a little basic but adequate. We didn't see the owners at all hence 3 stars for commuications."
