"The villa is not modern style, but enough clean. We arrived just after terrible cyclone, but the house and terrace were will cleaned. Due to the cyclone, our fight was delayed about 6 hours, but a host Marianna was waiting for us. She was so nice and kind. The private pool was just perfect. The point we love most was BBQ terrace and the view from there. The sun set was breathtaking . "We loved this place. The suite was huge and spotlessly clean. The pool was perfect and beautifully maintained as were the gardens with plenty of sun loungers and separate shady seating areas. We enjoyed watching the planes takeoff and land- we were worried about the close proximity to the airport but the property’s elevated position meant that noise was not a problem. Plus there was not a lengthy transfer to the airport to contend with- a huge bonus. You really do need a car if you stay here-...

"Avithos resort looks as good as the photos. Chose this resort because of the kitchenette so that I could make food in the apartment and it didn’t disappoint. "Good location (very close to Ammes beach, which is a fantastic blue flag beach), many amenities (rooms had functioning TV & AC, there were also 3 pools available). Nevertheless the wifi did not work very well-you had to walk and go to the bar to be able to send an email-it is the only weak spot of the property."

"The rooms were not equipped , seriously how can you not have bottled water in the fridge when it’s 38 degree Celsius outside for your guest on arrival , tea and coffee facility was zero no coffee no tea bags .. we where on our honeymoon, we requested a double bed and got two single beds , I speak Greek and of course it was the ole I don’t care attitude and yes you have a lovely room ! NOT THE CASE … the property is dated old and the rooms need a major facelift as do does the service.."
