More towels, rugs in the entrance, bathroom and living space. Toiletries in the bathroom and a few more comforts. When the description stated rustic— it was literal! Cute historical housing in charming town! Safe and walkable! Property manager/owner was very helpful.

The only complaint I have is that there was no communication before check-in, and I had to call the owner/host to confirm my room number and key details at the door. That said, the property itself was quite nice. The room is small (doesn’t really look like the picture, to be honest), but it was fine for me as a solo traveler. A plus point is that there’s a sink in the room, so I could brush my teeth and wash my face without needing to go to the shared bathroom. Please note that the walls are thin, and noise from other guests might wake you up. (The couple sharing the property with me were very nice, so it wasn’t an issue for me.) There’s a shared kitchen where you can store and cook your own food. The surrounding area is also quite pleasant—there’s a glass gallery next door, and you can buy groceries at Extra, which is about a 7-minute walk away. There’s also a Thai food truck next to Extra that serves really good green curry (check Google for details).

Filthy property. Did not get an updated unit as per photos. Got a unit where the sewage from the units dumped directly into ocean below the unit. Avoid this property at all costs! Expedia not helpful in resolving. This place is a dump!!!

This place had great potential, but we had zero Internet for 4 days. It was, despite constant connecting with the people, that we did not have Internet. They would email us, but that was no good if we didn’t have email? No soap in the shower, no hairdryer, Very very basic amenities and not happy with a lack of communication about the Internet for 4 days that we were there.

Great views but there were rats

We arrived earlier (3h before check in, which is quite late at 17h) and we hadn't received any message about the room. The address in Google maps wasn't the right one, it is the one written on the website. At the end, when we managed to find the place, we called the owner (who is not there) and the answering machine was in Norwegian which is also not great for foreigners... We got to the phone with the owner and he was very nice and let us enter earlier and gave us the biggest room. Apart from us, there were no more guests. The room had great views but could be better maintained. During the evening we could hear noises outside the room and thought someone was entering the building but actually no one was there. During the night it happened the same until we realized it was rats moving around and above. It wasn't the greatest feeling and felt insecure.

Tyvärr en mycket dålig upplevelse

Vi upptäckte ohyra under vår vistelse, vilket ledde till att vi krävde pengarna tillbaka. Trots allvaret fick vi endast 25 % ersättning – något vi själva fick kämpa för, då boendet inte tog något eget ansvar. Väl hemma tog det flera dagar av vår semester att hantera bagage och sanering för att undvika att ohyran kom in i vårt hus. Väldigt besvikna på hur situationen hanterades.

Nydelig beliggenhet og sjarmerende rorbuer i mektige omgivelser. Savner rekkverk i bratt trapp til 2.etasje. Vel mye svikt i gulvet på det største soverommet. Men vi trivdes godt i rorbu nr 13, kan anbefales😊

Superbe mais pas de wifi

Super beau . Juste un problème avec mon numéro de téléphone pour les instructions . Super propre , sympa , calme , belle vue . Le seul gros gros problème : aucune wifi alors qu’il était censé y en avoir et ça c’est un gros point négatif . Dommage sinon tout était parfait .
