Designed for families and friends, this charming 2-storey villa for 8 sits on expansive private grounds and features a beautiful garden and a sparkling pool surrounded by sun loungers. Beside the pool is a rustic, covered outdoor kitchen with a grill, sink, TV, and a large wooden dining table with benches—perfect for relaxing barbecues together. The outdoor space also includes seating areas and recreational activities like table tennis, entertaining for all ages.

Inside, the spacious living room welcomes guests with a comfortable sofa set and a flat-screen TV. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, and a fridge with freezer, plus a dining table and chairs. The villa is spread over multiple levels, including a basement with a recreation room, pool table, Orbitrek, exercise bike, a single bed, and two high chairs—making it ideal for guests of all ages.

The popular seaside resorts of Barbariga, Peroj, and Fažana, which are delightfully situated with their clear waters and family-friendly beaches, are just a few kilometres away. In each of the surrounding villages, you\'ll find charming restaurants serving regional specialities.

A visit to nearby Vodnjan is doubly worthwhile: In addition to a supermarket, you can also visit the imposing Church of St. Blaise, where three mummies of holy figures are kept – a fascinating testament to history.

Culture vultures can enjoy excursions to the romantic old towns of Bale, Rovinj, and Poreč. Particularly impressive is the city of Pula with its famous Roman amphitheatre, where international artists regularly perform open-air concerts – an unforgettable experience.
