    With one double and one triple bedroom, this charmig holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay. The interior living space covers 90 m², while the entire property spans 200 m², offering plenty of room for privacy and outdoor enjoyment.
    The ground floor features a bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine (filter, espresso, and capsule), gas stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle—perfect for preparing meals just like at home.
    On the first floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms – one with a king-size bed, and the other featuring one single bed and one bunk bed, making it perfect for children or additional guests. All beds are prepared with fragrant, clean bedsheets and fresh linen, while closets provide ample storage space.
    This holiday home includes two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower and washing machine, and another on the first floor. Both are equipped with fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer.
    The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and fun. Guests can enjoy a private 20 m² swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, and pool towels. There is also a BBQ, a terrace with a dining area, and additional entertainment such as table soccer. Private parking is available on-site.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. La maison est très bien situé à environ 20-30 min de tout les points d'intérêts comme Rovinj ou pula medulin ect.. La maison est très propre et très bien entretenue La propriétaire est adorable. La piscine au top. Merci !!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Zusammentreffen mit Nataša war sehr nett, sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, das Casa Mia ist ein tolles Haus, was mit allem ausgestattet ist was gebraucht wird, sogar Gewürze , Toilettenpapier, Seife, Geschirrspühltabs u.s.w. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene Personen und hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass der Hund auch frei laufen kann. Terrasse, Grill und Pool wurden gern genutzt und laden zum gemütlichen Beisammen sein ein. Der kleine Ort bietet die Möglichkeit für kleine Spaziergänge, die unser Hund ebenso wie wir sehr genossen haben. In Butkovici selbst gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, allerdings bietet der kleine Supermarkt in ca. 1,5 km Entfernung alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Ein toller Hundestrand ist ca. 15 km entfernt und ein Ausflug nach Rovijne, Pula und Porec können wir auch empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und danke. Nataša und Edwin für ihre Gastfreundschaft.
