It consists of two separate accommodation units, each with its own entrance. Enjoy spending time together in the cosy rooms with distinctive wooden beams and partially exposed brickwork and look forward to a relaxing time together.



The outdoor area of the house offers many opportunities for activities. You can look forward to spending pleasant hours on the terrace, refreshing yourself in the pool and chatting in the open air on warm summer evenings.



Explore the peaceful, rural surroundings of Svetvinenat-Stokovci and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Istria. Take walks through rolling hills, fields and small forests. Sehr ruhige Lage, ein bisschenabgelegenen. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Man könnte mehrere verschiedene Städte besichtigen, sind nur ca. 20-25 km entfernt. Der Strand ist auch ca. 20 km entfernt. Die Besitzer sind sehr lieb, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Nur weiter empfehlen!
