- A beautiful stone villa Goran consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower. From the living room out to the terrace overlooking the pool and in the distance a beautiful view of the sea. Beside the pool are deck chairs and a fireplace. The pool has a size of 10m x 5m x 1.3m. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a stove with 4 electric rings, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher. Villa has air conditioning, which is located in the hallway, and satellite TV and DVD player. In front of the villa in the yard there is a private parking lot. The beautiful Villa Goran is situated in the heart of Istria between Porec and Pazin. The village Rakovci, by the house with pool, consists of many real Istrian houses. In the village there is still a real Istrian ambience. The area is very nice for long walks and cycling. By car you can reach every corner of Istria in max. 40 min. The sea is only 7km away from Pazin. In Rakovci you can go for a walk in the forest and go by bicycle. The environment is very nice and quiet..
