Villa Medvidići is an old stone house, hundred years old, fully restored in 2015. It was restored using only traditional and authentic materials. It is surrounded by greenery and it provides full comfort as it is equipped with everything you need for a great stress-free holiday. There is a 32 m² swimming pool located in the garden with 1400 m² lawn with olive trees, flowers and spice herbs (rosemary, basil) which you can use to cook your family a fantastic meal in the kitchen or outdoor barbecue. At your disposal there are sun beds around the swimming pool, covered terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy quiet evenings under the stars. On the ground floor there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and one beautifully decorated bedroom with en suite bathroom which has separate entrance outside the house. On the first floor there are two wide and comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a small romantic balcony. Air conditioning is available in every room and living room. The villa is placed in a quiet village and offers tranquillity. It is situated only 15 minutes drive from Porec and sea. The location is perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy clean air, bright sun away from busy centres but also for those who want to have a swim in the sea and to visit tourist cities as Poreč or Rovinj.
