The villa was built in 2009 in a rustic style and was completely renovated in 2022. With 202 m2 of living space and a spacious property of 1295 m2, Villa Reichardia can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, with an optimal number of 6 guests.

Three bedrooms provide comfortable oases. On the ground floor, there is a room with a king size bed 180x200 cm and a bathroom inside the room with a bathtub and a shower/curtain.

There are two spacious rooms on the first floor. One room has a king size bed 180x200 cm and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the second room there is a king size bed 180x200 cm and an extra bed 160x200 cm. The bathroom is outside the room and has a shower/curtain.

The ground floor includes a living room with two sofas, a TV, coffee table, chairs, and a romantic fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals for family and friends, complemented by a dining room featuring a table for 8. Upstairs, a balcony with seating offers a perfect spot for sipping morning coffee with a panoramic view of Sv. Lovreč.

Outdoor bliss awaits on the terrace, hosting a 32 m2 pool with a 1.5 m depth. Eight deck chairs on the sun deck beckon for sun-soaked relaxation and leisurely reading. An outdoor charcoal or wood grill and a dining table with 8 seats complete the terrace's amenities.

Villa Reichardia extends its hospitality with additional features, including a washing machine, iron, feeder, baby cot, and a separate toilet.

The villa's fully fenced yard, adorned with greenery and olive trees, provides an idyllic playground for children, ensuring carefree play and endless fun.
