Charming Detached Holiday Home for 2 to 4 People, With Private Swimming Pool

  • This gorgeous detached Villa is in the Sveti Lovrec region of Istria in Croatia and is known as the Villa Lenka. It is built in the traditional Istrian style and has 1 large bedroom, the house accommodates 4 people.


    Villa Lenka sits on the edge of the village of Pajari and the nearest coastal beach and resort are 15 KM away. There are many seasonal events organised for all ages around the region, there are pizzerias and supermarket nearby.


    The private garden has a swimming pool with bubble bath, the terrace has a dining table and barbecue for a perfect day relaxing in the sun. There is an open kitchen and living area on the ground floor and the bedroom with bathroom is on the first floor.


    About 18 KM away there is an Aquapark with public swimming pool. The nearest airport is Pula Airport which is 42 KM away, followed by the Rijeka Airport at 111 KM away.


    There is a mandatory deposit of € 100 for the stay and it is not possible to make short reservation at this property.
