In the hamlet Markoci 6 km from the centre of Labin, 12 km from the centre of Rabac, in a quiet, sunny position, 12 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 10'000 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (40 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Mar. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, badminton, volleyball court, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
