Private: property 500 m2, small garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 3 m, 26 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 10.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 6.3 km, pebble beach 12 km. Riding stable 10 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. The unit consists of 2 houses rented as one unit.
