  • In the hot summer days, under the warm Istrian sun, you will find true relaxation in Villa Mendula! A beautiful green and sunny garden, secluded and completely private, reveals the luxurious, beautiful stone villa with private pool. 5000 square meters of private garden are reserved just for you. The pool is surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. In the garden there is a large charcoal grill, and ideal for children there is a swing, a slide and a seesaw.

    There are 2 bathrooms and 3 beautiful bedrooms, and together with the living room sofa, there is room for up to 8 people. The house is fully air conditioned and equipped with all appliances, amenities and cutlery. WLAN / WiFi is available.

    From the upper terrace you have a wonderful view of the garden. Private and secure parking is guaranteed.
