"There is a lift, and the bed is comfortable and clean. There is a set of toiletries on entry.
The bathroom was clean, shower had good water pressure and was warm.
However, the walls would benefit from cleaning. The light fixing just has a main light.
The hotel says there is heating however it was cold the first night then on the second night in -7 degree there was no heating in the room.
It's main function is a love hotel and sound proofing seemed sort of okay, some noises were still audible...

"Property did not have an elevator. Room was way too small but the bathroom was nice and big. The place is old and not too clean needs renovation. Need more English speaking speaker even if it is a little. Did not feel too safe if you're a solo traveller. I would not recommend that. "

"I recently had the opportunity to stay at this new hotel. On a positive note, the staff were very nice and accommodating. I also appreciated the convenient communal area, which offered a nice selection of water, coffee, and some snacks.
However, my experience was hampered by the room design. I found the space quite claustrophobic. The room featured only one tiny window, which made the space feel confined, and disconnected from the outside world. If you are someone who appreciates natural light...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
Check-in was incredibly easy and efficient. We were also able to check in earlier than the standard time by signing up for the hotel’s free loyalty program. The sign-up process was quick and painless, and it was well worth it for the added convenience of getting into our room early.
The location is fantastic. The hotel is conveniently close to the train, making it easy to get around, and it’s also within easy reach of Myeongdong Night Market and Namdaemun Market. There were plenty of things to explore, eat, and shop for right nearby, which made the location especially convenient.
Another great feature was the washer and dryer in the lobby. You do need cash to use them, but having laundry facilities right at the hotel was incredibly convenient. It meant we could wash clothes during our trip and avoid bringing a suitcase full of dirty laundry home!
Our room also had exquisite views of the city and surrounding hills. Waking up to that scenery was definitely a highlight of the stay.
Overall, this hotel offered a great combination of convenience, comfort, location, and thoughtful amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!"
"Room was clean and tidied consistently, laundry facilities were helpful and convenient. Easy to manage and understand.
Breakfast buffet variety was wide and worth the cost!
Very close to bus and subway options"
"That was my another Toyoko stay. Compare to others that was not the best. Breakfast was OK but the room was not clean, hair was everywhere. Bed was comfortable, bigger then other hotels offered."
