The property is little old but it’s maintained well and clean. All the stores and restaurants are very close by within walking distance. They serve continental breakfast but it’s just average, they can improve on this with more quality options. The other con I see is it’s next to busy intersection, so you will hear traffic sounds. The staff is very polite and know English which was helpful for me.

This facility failed to refund me $800 US DOLLARS... Quartine Mandate in South Korea made it impossible for me to stay at the location I payed $800 US DOLLARS There is too much confusion here... I would not recommend

Hello, this is Ramada Dongtan Hotel. The hotel did not charge the room because you paid through Expedia. Expedia contacted me this morning and canceled it.

Great location with easy access to many amenities
The location is a definitely primary advantage here. Just a minute walk and outside hotel, there are so many local restaurants and pubs. I enjoyed staying there because of that.

In the lively heart of Dongtan there are plenty of bars restaurants and shops. The rooms are a good size. There is a limo bus service direct to Incheon airport

This isn't a place to stay if you're looking for a 5 star type of establishment, but this is perfect for your business trip. There are literally like a 100 restaurants in walking distance out of the front door (or back door). This place is convenient and perfectly suited for the business traveler. No issues with service, parking in the area is a little hard if you have guests driving in. Other than that, my go-to business hotel in that area always.

Service is good only when things are fine
I stayed in this hotel multiple times and the service is generally good. But this trip I have two unpleasant incidents. The first room assigned to be turned out to have strong smoking smell. To their credit, they gracefully upgraded my room. One night I came back to room and found room temperature at 35 C (95 F). AC was spewing hot air. Front desk said cooling AC was turned off due to cool weather, but failed to explain why hot air came out even thermostat was set to 21 C.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by your stay. The air conditioning and heating system is not dual, so only the heating system seems to be working. We are sorry that the room is not able to help with the room change, as soon as the air conditioning and heating system is available. We will do our best to avoid discomfort in the future. A fairly normal stay
The hotel is a normal business hotel located in an area that is a bit far from Seoul. The facility is more for a business traveler than a family environment.

Business hotel near the big semiconductor company
I stayed at this Ramada for two nights while visiting the big semiconductor company in Suwon. (I can't name the company, but if you are looking at this Ramada, you know what company I am referring to.) The Ramada is a perfectly adequate business hotel tuned for western tastes. The room was quite large by Korean standards and the amenities were what you would expect in western hotels. The room itself needed an update - the furnishings were clean but tired. There is a fancy coffee shop adjacent to the lobby. Directly behind the hotel is the local nightclub-bar-restaurant district. There are plenty of choices for food and entertainment. The unnamed semiconductor company is not walking distance, but is a short taxi trip. If you are using this Ramada for a business trip, you will find all that you need.

The Ramada is a good place for staying during Samsung visits (about 2km away). It has its own Incheon shuttle bus stop and has lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms are good, wifi in the room is fast. Breakfast can be improved. Juice and coffee mediocre, half baked bacon, wet scrambled eggs, ...

BAD smoking smell through the air-vents.
It is close to Samsung building I need to go to every morning. The breakfast is included and is nice. They have the free laundry room where it has washers and dryers. Now, the bad part which would make me not want to come back.. The non-smoking rooms (at least the single rooms facing all the restaurants) are filled with the smoking smell !! The non-smoking floors are supposed to be from 7th floor to 15th floor. And the smoking floors are below 7th floor. I was in 10th and also 12th floors for two weeks. I couldn't go to sleep at night due to the headaches from the smoking smell that are coming from the air-vents. I complained about the rooms, but there is nothing they can do as there are so many guests who are smoking in the hotel. (It seems mostly Japaneses business men as they are always smoking outside of hotel.) During the day time, it is not so bad as most of guests are not in the hotel, but in the morning and at night, you can really really smell the smokes.. Please, Ramada.. Do some serious fix-up in the air-vents.. Or make all the rooms non-smoking !!! Otherwise, you will lose your business to the nearby Shilla Hotel which I didn't smell any smokes while I was staying there.

Directly at airport bus stop, right next to Samsung memory and lsi. Lots of convenience stores, coffeeshops and restaurants nearby. Internet working well, ok for vpn to work. Lots of selection at breakfast.

Comfortable value hotel but non-smokers be aware
This is a comfortable business hotel with a good value. Rooms are clean and situated in a convenient location to key businesses in the Suwon, Dogtan, and Hwasung areas. The breakfast was marginal but there is a nice coffee shop right next door. There is a nice park and a running trail just across the street from hotel, and has a nice gym but very small. I found the restaurants in the hotel to be over priced but the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants so there is no need to eat at the hotel. If you don't speak Korean, this could be a bit of challenge; but the people at the hotel restaurants didn't speak English, so I saw no difference. My biggest complain about the hotel was that their ventilation system kept pumping cigarette smoke air back in to my room although my room was a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor. My room smelt like someone was smoking in my room during my stay and didn't let out unless I opened the window. I'd think twice about staying here again but after all this is Korea and pretty much everybody smokes, so other hotels might be the same.

This hotel has seen better days. The interior is outdated. The room was equipped with a device on the wall that, apparently, controlls things. I managed to dimm the brightness despite the Korean language. However, it still lights up the room, which is annoying after a 15 hour trip. Persons taller than 1.75 can only use the handshower because the big shower head can't be set at an appropriate height. The mattress was quite hard as well. The hotel was clean.
