My stay at this hotel was great. It was close to everything I was looking for. And the staff there is very kind and attentive too. I used the bell service for my luggage on my last day, the staff there went above and beyond helping me arranging the best accommodation. Thank you again! Will stay here again if I visit Korea near future.

Staff were kind. However, the standard room is too small compared to other hotels in the area. I could not control the room temp by myself, so I had to call the front desk. I would not use the hotel next time.

Modern, clean and nicely equipped hotel. Good location if you're visiting the Suwon area. Lots of food options nearby. Great buffet breakfast with lots of choices. Too bad the buffet closes quite early, at 9AM. 10AM would be better.

Aircon sucks
Aircon was useless. The temperature actually went UP after we turned it on. Even though the fan was on high, we couldn’t feel any air moving whatsoever. We called the front desk, and they just said that the system is slow. Fortunately, they were able to bring us a small fan, which helped a little bit, but it’s not the same as air-conditioning. The room never did cool down sufficiently.

I have stayed at this hotel before several times before the remodeling. The hotel had been modernized and a much more comfortable stay if you plan to stay in the Suwon City Hall area.
Only issue I have is that the hotel does not offer robes.

The breakfast was not good for us because there was not the soup it matches with the rice. And there chef not kind for us. When I close the Window it did not working . So I purpose them change the room but the other room, the bathroom was not good.They did not know their facilities good or not good.
So I do not recommend this hotel.

Room in hotel was pretty small and a bit worn and grungy. On the other hand the price was pretty low, so you get what you pay for. Aside from that, the service in the hotel was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They put on a nice breakfast buffet also - something for everyone.

The local area was good — near the shopping area, but the hotel was too outdated. Carpet in the hallway and in the bedroom was too dirty. The room was small and curtains were too shabby. The bathroom was way too small for comfort. The only hotel I’ve been to that provides limited toiletries — just shampoo, lotion, and soap... nothing else! Said it has something to do with being environment friendly.
