"The property appears to be an older hotel with some updates made to the lobby area; however, the guest rooms have seen very minimal improvements. The room we were assigned had several issues. The bathtub was clogged and began backing up and filling with water, although maintenance did respond and resolve the issue. Lighting in the room was inadequate. There were only two lamps (one floor lamp and one bedside lamp), which left the space very dim. Additional overhead lighting or updated fixtures are needed. The room itself felt outdated. The carpet appeared old and soiled, and overall the space could benefit from a more thorough renovation and upkeep."

"The breakfast bar was good. My only complaint is they don’t serve pork bacon on weekends. I don’t eat turkey bacon so I was limited to sausage which wasn’t that good. I can’t say enough good things about the staff! They were wonderful! They provided assistance whenever needed. I didn’t even have to ask if they saw the need they asked you if they could help. I was sooo impressed by their willingness to help."

"I have stayed at many of the nearby properties, and the Wyndham has been my best Atlanta experience so far. I loved that I could valet Park or Self Park, based on what my needs were for the day. I appreciate the convenient location, across the street from the mall and close by to the interstate. Each member of the staff greeted me as they passed me in the hallway or in the lobby always asking if I needed anything. My room was comfortable, clean and I had a great night’s sleep. I highly recommend."
