"We booked one of the deluxe room which was spacious and beautiful. We had a beautiful terrasse which was unusable due to pigeon nest above.
All the windows are protected with a net to avoid bird nesting which give a little bit of a prison effect to the hotel.
Also, the room was not sound proof has we could hear our neighbors at night time, gardening & leaf blowers starting early and the cleaning lady trolley was making noise on the corridor.

"Surprisingly engaged and friendly welcome upon check in. Absolutely phenomenal dinner recommendation from receptionist. Breakfast was excellent and the service was too. Room was very adequate with a firm but very comfortable bed. Very effective AC."

"The hotel was very clean, updated and modern room ( 103) . Thermal outdoor pool was gigantic and really special . Very close to town of Viterbo
