"This was our best experience in all of Italy, the staff, the restaurant and all the amenities were top notch."

"The property itself was ok. Bed was comfortable, close to the local attractions. The turnoff for us was the fact that the room was 29 degrees Celsius and the air conditioner didn't work. We went to the front desk and explained this to the gentleman and he said that the air conditioners don't work. I asked if they worked in any room and he said no. Given, each room has a mini-split system so there's no reason for them to not work other than they don't want them to work. I asked him if he could then it on in our room and he looked at his computer then came back about a minute later and said no, he wouldn't turn it on for us. So, there you are, hotel is nice, location is nice, but the place certainly isn't comfortable and the front desk did not want to take appropriate action to address this. "

"We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very inviting after a long day out. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with a great variety of delicious options. A special shout-out to the woman who checked us out on February 7th — she was incredibly personable and so fun to talk to, which made our departure especially pleasant. We also really appreciated the hotel’s proximity to the train station, especially since we returned from an Olympic event very late in the evening. The convenience made our trip so much easier. "

"The rooms are quite small but have everything you need. Excellent location. Easy to get to a lot of tourist attractions- bus and train stops close by. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. Altho we paid for breakfast, we ate out. It smelled good from front desk 🙂 My only negatives were a) needing to carry luggage up narrow staircase despite having a ‘lift’ ((elevator) and b) that you can hear everything from other rooms, the hall and the street-we had room facing street so we had to keep window closed at night. Regardless, I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to London."

"Sent an email to say we were arriving late, no response. When we arrived there were two receptionists. One was with guests the other was working on the computer and failed to acknowledge us for several minutes. Very poor first impression - no problem letting her finish doing was she was in the middle of but a simple smile and I will be with you in a minute would have gone a long way after a long journey"
