"The Hotel was great overall. There were a couple of issues but I didn't bring them to the staff because I understand things are different at each hotel. One of the things we noticed was there was trail mix pieces on our floor, perhaps the floor was not vacuumed. We threw away a few raisins as we found them. Also, I had family staying and we had three rooms total, all three shower curtains were too short for the shower curtain to stay inside the bath tub. There was water all over the bathroom. All three rooms had issues with that. The curtain was almost flush with the top of the bath tub. Also, the key card to one of the rooms quit working and when going to the front desk, there was a note that the staff would be back soon. It was about ten minutes until staff came back. The other thing we noticed was the doors were not soft close, so when one family would put their bolt lock in the door to keep access to a room, the door would bang against that lock. The hotel we stayed at previously had soft close doors so if you wanted to leave the door open, the door didn't bang against the bolt latch. These are trivial things, overall, the place was amazing and we would definitely stay again! It was up to date, clean and had a great breakfast as well! All of the things I mentioned above are not a decision maker on whether or not we would stay again. We absolutely would!"
