I loved my stay there. The robes where outdated and we’ve been promised free drink from the house as it was my friends bday and we never received them. But, other than that … clean, good facilities, near shopping places, spa is amazing. I absolutely loved it ❤️ I’ll be back soon 😅

The facilities on site are quite good - the rooms are serviceable and the bathroom is modern and clean. However the room itself was a bit worn and had a musty smell.

Beautiful hotel, would definitely recommend, just 2 downfalls, rooms are quite dark no ceiling lights just lamps but i wouldnt drop a star for that cos its clean, tidy and very nice. However i would drop to 4 star simply because i paid almost £300 for the hotel room then had to pay £10 each time we wanted to use the spa and only for 1hr..all other hotels ive been to (which is quite a few) the spa is always included in the price, so that was very disappointing. Probably wouldn't stay again as it turned out to be alot more expensive then i imagined. But if you're not a spa person then this hotel is great.

Super friendly staff on arrival at check-in. Conveniently located next door to G live where I was attending a show. Complimentary drink received at the bar as it was my birthday. Up market but mnaaged to get a room at a good price. Clean and spacious room. A little noise from neighbouring doors in the morning but no external noise distrubance outside the hotel. Good location, 15 minute walk to the train station on departure.

BEWARE: parking onsite is away from the hotel and in a multi storey carpark 3 levels down to a basement! As a lone female I felt unsafe and asked for one of the reception team to accompany me. Good that he did - the barrier didn’t lift when I inserted my room card - didn’t work with his either but he radioed his team to lift it remotely. Once parked, access to the door to the lift also needed the room card - didn’t work again, nor did his. Again radioed to his team to open it. What would I have done down there on my own? Forget all the niceties in the rooms - offer better service and a functioning and safe parking facility. I won’t return!

It was one of the best hotel in Guildford according to reviews and certainly did not disappoint. The room was modern, spacious and has a nice character. I particularly love the separate shower and tub. Not much option for breakfast but the room service was amazing! Haven’t used the pool/spa services as you have to pay an extra £10 which is usually not charged from other hotels as you are already a guest.

The building and designs in communal areas were lovely, beautiful decor, clean and friendly staff. A girl who appeared to be of mixed heritage present for breakfast was extremly helpful. Likewise the front of house reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Check in was quick and the hotel is very close to the high street. The breakfast had a good selection but need to be hotter. If you are going to use the sauna or stream be minded to book early as when we went it was fully booked. We'd booked this hotel over others due to the spa so was disappointed. The gym is small but enough equipment to enjoy a workout. The actual room is a but dated to be honest not that dis similar to refurbished holiday inn's thar over stayed in actually some of those rooms were of better quality. The door had a massive crack in it, the chair was very worn. There was dust on the desk side lamps looked extremly worn and discoloured, AC was not working. It was not awful but feel it needs a refurb. The bed was comfy the room was located in a quiet area and i enjoyed a good nights sleep. The bathroom is well present and decorated lovely. We did not eat in the resturant attached but it looked busy and the menu looked delicious will try next time. Overall would stay again.

The harbour wants to be luxury and does have nice features like the bathrooms but certain items let them down the parking process and some the room items like the very small tv with basic channels and my room had fraying light covers and ripped wallpaper

Overall it was fine. My biggest gripe is that the shower was so bad. It was really weak and cold. When I’m staying over and choosing this hotel over cheaper alternatives, that’s not really acceptable.

Great location and excellent customer service. Nice bar with good atmosphere. The rooms are starting to appear a little tired but I’d take this with excellent customer service over a better quality room and average service any day !

Had to change rooms as first one was way to hot, second wasn't much better. Staff just shrugged and said it was set to heat not to cool. room temp was too warm to sleep well. TV system wasn't working either Not a great stay for a "premier" product.
