The main living floor offers an open layout with plenty of seating, a 75" smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, a beverage fridge, and a walk‑in pantry. Walk out to a covered balcony overlooking the private saltwater pool, creating a natural hub for morning coffee or unwinding after the beach. Both Keurig & Drip Coffee options are available.



The first‑floor primary suite offers a serene retreat with a spacious king bed and cozy sitting area.
