"Property and amenities were great. Location was very good as well Staff left some room for desired improvement as it was hard to get in touch with someone without actually visiting the front desk for general questions/issues. Also, we arrived a little early for check-in (around 230pm) hoping the room might just be ready. Understandably it was not however we were late checking in as rooms were not ready by 4pm and it wasn’t until my party pushed and complained with staff that we finally got a room by 530pm"
