Great view of beach and easy walk to shops and dining. Lounge and outdoor furniture have seen better days. Note: bring toilet paper, no spare rolls given!

The apartment was nicely furnished. The bed was a little old. The sliding door from the bedroom to the lounge room was broken, (wouldn’t slide). Overall, a comfortable stay.

The people were lovely and helpful, but the apartment was rundown and in need of updating, lights not working and one was flinkering constantly and another stopped completely, phone to call reception wasn’t working, table and chairs on balcony were very old and rusty, the bed actually had a worn out spot on one side, shall I go on? Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay again.

Bed like rock, slept on the lounge, pillows worse. One flimsy blanket and the room was cold because the fan could not be switched off. Reported to reception but nothing done.Toe nail clippings on the carpet from previous occupants.Won't stay again and won't recommend.

Perfect location: far enough out of town to be peaceful and relaxed but still an easy walk to all the excitement of Surfers proper. Most incredible views of the sunrise from bed!! (or perched on a dune - the beach is just across the road). Thank you so much Lynne for your hospitality and providing such a lovely place to stay during my short break in the sun.

Fantastic location, lovely accommodation. Great for families with a pool, tennis court and basketball ring to keep kids active. Located directly opposite a patrolled beach and super close to transport. Definitely be back.

The property is in a fantastic location, the owners Lynne and Mark were absolutely beautiful people and very welcoming. The hotel was stunning with amazing views. We have stayed at a few places on the gold coast and this place definitely tops it. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

Fantastic place
Fantastic location accommodation pool.managrs lynne and mark were amazing and so welcoming. Close to northcliffe surf club beach 10 min walk to surfers. Highly recommended

Staff were great, couldn’t do enough for us. Beach and transport very close. Easy walk to Surfers main area but out of the hustle and bustle

The staff were lovely and friendly.the unit was a bit unclean,my husband said he had a cockroach run over the top of him.dust in the top of the window,kitchen floor was dirty apron arrival.

In our 20 years here we have never seen insects/pests in our apts. It must have either flown in or came inside a box brought into the apt? I have passed this onto our cleaners. Great getaway with the family
The hotel was fantastic, the room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we would need. Free under cover parking was a bonus. The facilities were great with a family. Plenty to do with tennis, pool and the beach close by. Only a short walk to Surfers. Lynn was very helpful with Theme park tickets and Mark was always busy and making things perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Slight disappointment at not having a bathtub, although this was not guaranteed. Easy walk access to beaches and tram and shops. Bed was a little hard but got used to it. Friendly managers.
