Overall, my stay at Whiz Luxe Hotel in Surabaya was okay, but I was disappointed with the suite. Despite paying extra, the room felt very basic and didn’t offer much more than my parents’ standard room. I honestly didn’t feel the upgrade was worth the money. I also found the check-in process strange. Although I booked and paid for my own room, the front desk staff allowed my dad to sign my paperwork instead of asking me to sign it myself. Accessing the pool and gym was also inconvenient. Unlike other hotels where these facilities are easily accessible within the building, the gym was located in a separate shopping tower connected to the mall. On a positive note, the staff were accommodating. They helped deliver our luggage to our rooms, held our laundry for collection by an outside laundromat, and even kept snacks at the lobby for our relatives to pick up by providing their names. While I appreciated these conveniences, the suite didn’t meet my expectations, especially for the price. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself staying here again.

Not very good experience

I arrived the hotel at 4pm, the room still not ready. I had to wait for an hour for them to clean up the room. For the room, the towels and bed sheets are very dirty. The water in the sink goes very very slowly. I had to call the people to fix it, but after 1 day, all the problems came back to me again.
