"Leider ist in den Bädern der Räume einiges kaputt. Wie Klobrille fast ab, nach 3 Monaten wieder dort gewesen und selbe Zimmer, Klobrille ganz ab. So wie, Wasser fliest unter der Waschbecken, war letztes Mal genau so. Andere Zimmer bekommen, Wasser fliest auch dort unter dem Waschbecken. Sollte mehr nachgeschaut werden . ansonsten ist alles ok."

"We thoroughly enjoyed the pools, we used 2 of the 3. We ate at all of the restaurants in the resort, and the food was delicious. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and the sofa bed. The sofa bed was not as comfortable. But the king size bed was massive! the balcony was also beautiful. There was a group checking in right before us, so the check in time took a while."

"We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Ouzoud Falls, and the view from our room overlooking the waterfalls was absolutely breathtaking! The room was beautifully decorated, but unfortunately, there was a strong sewage odor coming from the bathroom. Thankfully, the bathroom was separate from the bedroom, so we kept the door closed after each use to minimize the smell. Aside from this issue, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We especially loved the hotel's location in the heart of a traditional Berber village. The hotel also offered local tours, and we enjoyed a memorable donkey ride through the mountains and surrounding areas. Despite the bathroom odor, we truly enjoyed our stay. The spectacular views, warm hospitality, and unique cultural experiences made it a memorable visit!"
