This lovely coastal home is in a great location surrounded by oak and pine trees, providing a peaceful secluded feel on a half-acre lot. The Intercoastal can be found at the end of the street, within a short walk; where fishing boats supply two fresh seafood markets, and a popular waterfront restaurant. In addition, there are fishing charters available for hire, and jetski and other boat rentals are available. Fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the Holden Beach fishing pier. Holden public beach access is a two-and-a-half-mile drive and is accessible via golf carts, which are available for rent from local vendors.

This family-friendly home is a new construction with a beautiful screened-in porch and front and back decks. The home offers nine-foot vaulted ceilings, quartz countertops, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.
