Best thing about it is the location & that's it. :(
I wanted to like this property as the location was amazing, but that's it. We checked in and overheard an office working making fun of someone who called in looking for linens...she was sarcastically remarking "look on the bed!" loud enough for all of us checking in to hear. This came into play when I arrived and found no sheet on our own beds. In fact, we walked into a FILTHY home with crumbs on the floor, sticky residue all over the counters, coffee stain on counters, sand on the beds, hair all over the shower walls and floors. Toothpaste stuck all over the sink and counters. After hearing how they made fun of the other caller, we didn't call to complain. The BBQ was an old-school metal thing cemented in the ground ala public parks. The flooring in the house was new and nice, the furniture was new as well. Beds were ok. NOTE that they request you to return the sheets in a bag (a bag that was delivered to use hours after we had checked) but NOT THE COMFORTERS. Meaning all the bed comforters are not ever cleaned unless the tenant does it. The a/c worked great despite the age of the house and retrained the cool air well. The kitchen sink is rusted and the counters are old and smelled of mold in one section. The bathrooms are dated and as well. All the doors are so dirty you can see previous handprints. One pillow had blood (?) stains on it. There were roaches all in the house. I never relaxed the entire time I was there for fear a roach was crawling on me. I slept outside on the porch on somewhat cooler evenings until the bugs started biting me.
