2 of the 3 full baths offer walk-in luxury showers with multiple shower heads and bench seating. 1 bath has a tub/shower combo. Powder room on the first floor. Tankless hot water so no worries when it's time for everyone to shower and head out to a restaurant or event.
Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and serving meals. Has lots of counter space, bar seating in addition to the dining area. Pantry for vacation groceries!
2 living spaces with canal views. Upper and lower decks offer beautiful sunrise views and a welcomed shady spot for the late summer day heat. Relax and enjoy the wind down from the day on the beach just a 3 minute walk away. Gas grill on the extended deck conveniently located by the kitchen.

Holden beach has great shelling! One of the best spots to shell is close to the pier (currently closed to fishing) just a 5 minute walk away. Public bathrooms located here. Convenient store, ice cream shop and beach clothing just a half block further.
We provide bed linens, bath towels, bath soap, dish soap and dish towels. We also provide an initial set-up of paper towels and toilet paper to get you started for the week.
Some beach chairs and corn hole game available. Dog friendly (2 max) with pet fee $150 each
