Conveniently located across the road from beach access, this new construction property offers many interior upgrades including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ceramic tile, and an elevator! The open living room and kitchen area are great for family time. Spread out between four well-appointed bedrooms. Outside, relax on chaise lounge chairs beside the private built-in pool. An umbrella-shaded dining table offers an ideal space for alfresco meals. Pack lightly, your vacation rental includes a washer/dryer.

An amazing getaway!

Time out of mind is a charming beachfront getaway. The home is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The local VACASA management team are very efficient and friendly. Our family vacation was spectacular with easy access to the beach with a gorgeous ocean view and gentle coastal breezes.

Great location and great home!

Our family had an amazing week at Holden Beach! The home is comfortable, inviting, and perfectly positioned for a family that enjoys beach time. The swimming pool was also a great amenity. The kitchen was very well stocked and the home was clean. This house was great we look forward to returning sometime in the future.

Hard to Believe

Best house we have ever rented. ALL pics and 5 star reviews spot on. Can’t say enough good things from location, kitchen equipment & organization, clean clean, elevator, comfy furniture inside and out, views,… You will not be disappointed. Exactly how I would want a beach house set up and maintained if it were mine!! Thank you for best vaca ever!!!!

Family Time!!!

The house is perfect for a family vacation! Plenty of room for our family of eight. Our grandchildren loved the easy access to the ocean and pool! The adults loved all the safety gates since our littles are 6 and under. The kitchen has everything you would ever need to cook with which we did a lot. We did not want to leave once we got there. I was concerned about noise from the public access, but it was not an issue. We will definitely be back!!! Lovely home, view, and pool.

Fantastic Property

We loved the location of this house and all the amenities. It surged our family of 8 perfectly. The elevator could be a little tricky but helped save the knees and backs of the adults. The house had super comfortable furniture and beds. The view was fantastic. We would definitely pick this house again if we ever go back.

The Perfect Beach House

The house is beautiful and has everything you need to have a great beach vacation. The view of the beach from the porches is amazing! We enjoyed the private pool everyday. We will definitely stay here again.
