About this property

Premiere Location! Canal Front, Dock, Easy Beach & Pier Access

  • Newly renovated, canal/waterfront home with dock located in the central part of the island near the pier. Less than 4 minute walk to the beach and pier! Short bike ride or walk to downtown. View the intracoastal while enjoying the spacious dock, or the ocean from the front deck. Fish or crab from the dock, enjoy paddleboards on the canals, or simply relax in a hammock under the house. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the covered porches while listening to the ocean! This house has it all!

    We also have paddleboards you can use in the canals, corn hole boards for the back yard, and bocce ball for the beach.

    3 bedrooms (4 beds, sleeps 7), 2 full baths, and an outdoor shower.

    The house has all the necessary kitchen supplies, along with beach towels, bath towels, all bed linens, blankets, soap, TP, and paper towels.
