Come and vacation at Casa Del Mar! This house of the sea (3Q, 2T) welcomes you with the best of both worlds - it's just across the street from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and right on the marsh! The beach access is a mere 150 yards at 675 Ocean Blvd W.

This comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bath home features multiple porches and balconies as well as a gazebo on the marsh. Roll out the charcoal grill - the gazebo's picnic table is perfect for your family cookout! Spending time inside? Stretch out on a couch in front of the 50-inch flat screen or curl up in a bedroom - every bedroom has a TV too!

The owner of this home privately arranges their own cleaning and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Everything was good. I’ve rented places in fla and dish towels beach towels were there and available to use. I do understand some folks would abuse that which is sad but it helps. It to lug towels and beach stuff. We did utilize the rental stuff. But again thst was provided at some rentals I’ve done. Loved the area and peace and quiet.
