Cinnamon Sands is a stunning beach home offering panoramic ocean and marsh views and 3,600 square feet of beautifully designed living space. Featuring six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, this exceptional home reflects the charm and elegance of a classic Caribbean villa while delivering modern comfort and convenience for an unforgettable coastal getaway.

The home is thoughtfully equipped with an elevator, a well-appointed kitchen featuring dual appliances and an ice maker, and a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings. Step outside to enjoy the private pool (heater available with surcharge), multiple covered decks, and a ground-level gaming area perfect for entertainment and relaxation. The upper level boasts a private master suite complete with a sitting room and its own oceanfront deck. An additional sleeper sofa is located in the third-floor sitting area. All bedrooms include ceiling fans and TVs.

Additional amenities include WiFi, expanded cable, washer and dryer, a garage for guest use, a private boardwalk to the beach, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill—everything you need to enjoy the best of island living.

Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals:
Beds are made upon arrival — this home comes ready for bed for a stress-free start to your vacation
Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats provided for weekly rentals only
Welcome Amenity Bag included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit

Strict 3:00 PM Check-In

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8–10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the outside temperature is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June–August. Please call for more details.

Great beach house!

This house is pretty new, it’s gorgeous and it has 5 king suites, plus a room with two pyramid bunk beds. It’s perfect for large groups with several couples. There are two refrigerators and two dishwashers so it’s good for those who do a lot of cooking. Due to the lack of restaurant choices in the area, most people will be cooking. The kitchen is well appointed with pots and pans and dishes and a large gas cooktop. They even had sharp knives. The pool is nice and the play area on the pool level is nice too. The garage is huge and can accommodate two cars. We would definitely stay here again if we ever have a big group. The beach is very clean and the sand is nice and soft. The beach faces south so you can watch both sunrise and sunset. If you want a good view of the sunset, go up to the balcony on the top floor. Things that could use fixing or improvements: The living room furniture is very uncomfortable to sit on. One couple complained about the mattress in the third floor bedroom having depressions on each side and being uncomfortable. The TV in the pool area wasn’t working. It would be nice if a few beach chairs were provided. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cinnamon Sands and would return.
