Charming oceanfront retreat, Sea Shanty / 153 Marlin, with 3 beds in Holden Beach.

  • Sea Shanty is a nicely furnished and decorated canal home located at the private end of the street. Recently updated with all new appliances, flooring, carpet, and countertops, this home is ready for a relaxing coastal getaway.

    The living area features a large 55-inch flat-screen smart TV with whole-house DVR, along with new comfortable furniture. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and each bedroom includes its own TV for convenience. Step outside to enjoy the floating dock, or rinse off after a day on the water in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. For extra entertainment, the home offers a large pinball machine downstairs and a Ms. Pac-Man arcade.

    Beach access is just down the street between 915 & 917 OBW.

    Beds are made upon arrival—this home comes ready for bed for a stress-free start to your vacation. Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. Towels are not provided but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.
