Beach Ya There - Unobstructed Ocean Views - Great Private Pool!

Beach Ya There offers the perfect combination of private pool enjoyment and easy beach access just across the street. The inverted floor plan provides unobstructed ocean and marsh views, while covered and uncovered porches allow for sunning and relaxation. Situated on a corner lot, the home also offers views of the Intracoastal Waterway and beautiful sunsets from both screened and open-air porches.

Spacious enough for family gatherings, the fifth bedroom includes a daybed and trundle, providing an additional sitting area or extra space for kids. Amenities include WiFi, flat-screen TVs, and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Beach access is located between 1157 & 1159 OBW.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. No towels are provided, but they can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Great House-Very Close To Beach Access

We had a great vacation at this property. It is very close to the beach with the beach access via the walkway only a few steps across Ocean Blvd. from the driveway of the house. There are wonderful ocean views from this 2nd row property as well. House was very clean and well described in the listing. The only issue we had was not knowing that there was no starter kit for the bathrooms in the house. You will need to bring literally EVERYTHING for use of the bathrooms before staying at this property. Not a big deal, just would have appreciated a heads up before our arrival so we could bring the very basic bathroom supplies with us on the trip to this property. Otherwise, a great house at the beach and we would certainly stay here again in the future.

Everything we needed

Such a wonderful experience! Our family needed a much little getaway during this pandemic. To say we were nervous is an understatement. From the moment we arrived, it was like all our worries melted away. Holden Beach is now a new favorite spot for us and the house was perfect. Easy access to the beach, wonderful pool, clean, fun games and puzzles. Beautiful porch to watch the sunset, sunrise and a storm roll in. 10/10 couldn’t recommend this place more. Will definitely be back!!
