  • "1 Sand Dollar" is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom second row home that is smoke friendly featuring a large screened in porch and an uncovered back deck perfect for entertaining. Enjoy evening dinners on the back deck taking in the canal views with the ocean breeze in the air. Don't forget to bring your furry family member as this home is pet friendly!

    Walking into this home you will be met with a bright floorplan with coastal decor throughout. The kitchen offers updated appliances with seating for all to enjoy tasty meals. Head into the living room to find comfortable seating with a large TV - perfect for game day! Off of the main area of the home you will find a screened in front porch ideal for rocking your cares away with the rolling waves in the background. This home can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 jack & jill bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature king beds, bedroom 3 offers a queen bed, bedroom 4 offers two double beds. Each guest is sure to be well rested for the upcoming vacation day! The laundry room is located in the enclosed garage. End the day with a stroll along the shore with your four-legged friend or playing on the putting green outside!

I wish I could give this property anything higher than two stars, but I simply can't. This place should not have been listed on VRBO in its current condition.The moment we walked in, the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable. The furniture was worn out, damaged, and in terrible condition, and the entire property felt like it was falling apart. It was nothing like what we expected based on the listing.The condition was so bad that I wouldn't even let my family come inside. I had my wife and the kids wait in the car because I didn't want them exposed to the smell while I contacted the property management company.Thankfully, the property management team responded quickly, and Mary was absolutely outstanding. She immediately helped us relocate to a much better property, and for that I am incredibly grateful. If I could give Mary five stars, I absolutely would.Unfortunately, this specific property needs to be removed from VRBO until it undergoes a complete renovation. It is not in a condition that should be rented to guests. I only wish I had taken photos, but I was so frustrated and focused on getting my family somewhere safe and comfortable that I didn't think to document it.
