"We had a wonderful stay for an extended family weekend! It was perfect! The house is practically brand new and careful attention was put into each detail. In addition to the layout of the house being great for a large group, everything you could need was there. You could tell that a lot of thought was given into making sure everyone has an enjoyable stay and has what they need. There are also lots of personal touches in the kitchen and living area which was very nice to see with a new build. The location and views are great. Beach access is close and carts, chairs, etc. are provided. There was plenty of parking. And don’t miss out on the tiki bar! Like everything else, careful attention to detail was put into it with lots of fun touches. Jason and Linda provided very clear communication ahead of and during our stay and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We had family join us from California and Massachusetts and everyone wants to come back and stay here again! We can’t wait! It truly was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. "

"The kitchen was great with plenty of space for multiple people to move around and plenty of seating for all of us. We found everything we needed to fix breakfast, lunch, dinner or reheat takeout. The 2nd living space was great to have, especially if you get up earlier than everyone else. The bedrooms were good size with ample storage and the beach was a short walk. "
