Holiday Home My Summer House - Two-Bedroom Holiday Home with Private Pool and Terrace - (ST)

Holiday Home My Summer House is located on the Island of Brač, a quiet Island with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just 17 km away from the Split. My Summer House is a perfect little getaway for families or small group of people who like to enjoy peace and quiet.

This holiday house features furnished terrace and large swimming pool with sunbeds, overlooking the sea. BBQ facilities are also at the guest disposal.

Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure.

Pets are allowed with notice with an additional fee of 5 euros per pet, per day.

This two bedroom holiday house with terrace and swimming pool consist of living room area, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and private bathroom with shower.
On the inside the apartment features free WiFi and air conditioning. Both bedrooms feature king sized beds and wardrobe while in the living room area there is a sofa that can easily be converted into bed for two.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, water kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dish washer and dining area.
Outside the house there is a large swimming pool with sunbeds, overlooking the sea. The terrace is furnished with outside furniture, where guests can have lunch or dinner. BBQ facilities are also at the guest disposal.

This two bedroom holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons.

The market can be found within 1 km while nearest restaurant is only 300 meters from the house. If decided to change the pool for the sea, the nearest beach is 1,5 km from the property. The house is just gorgeous, it was built with lots of love for the detail and we felt comfortable from the very beginning, The view of the sea and the lights of Split after the sun went down is breathtaking, The pool that we just had for us was a highlight! There is everything you might need during your stay, By car you reach Supetar with its supermarkets, restaurants and the beach within a few minutes, The owners are very kind and uncomplicated, We enjoyed every single moment we had at this place!

We stayed in this wonderful house for 12 nights with 4 people, The inside of the house is very nice furnished and lovely, We cooked almost every day and even though the kitchen is a little small it is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything, The bed rooms are very nice and welcoming, The outside area is definitely the best :) the pool is just awesome, It is really nice and super clean, The host came by every 2-3 day to clean it, They were super Friendly never bothered us at all and always checked with us when the should be at the house, There is a lot room around Including a Little Lounge area made out of Wood and additionally some relaxing places and a huge sun umbrella, We really enjoyed hanging out outside, There is also a grill available for barbecue which worked fine for us, The house is located a little bit outside of the city in a really quiet area, There are 2 more houses close by, The street to reach the house is a little bit hard to find at the beginning but the hosts supported us very well, It takes ard 20 minutes to walk to center city and it is just down hill :) by car it takes 10 minutes to bigger supermarkets like Lidl or tommy, For us this spot worked really well since we wanted to be by ourselves and just relaxing! But as I said it is just a short walk to the city and there you have everything like restaurants, beaches and lots more activityies, The host Nera and her husband were awesome, Communication worked really well, everything was prepared perfect and we could always reach out to them if we needed anything, They are very helpful and friendly people, For us this was a great holiday and we would definitely come back! I can just wholeheartedly recommend this house and the owners, It was great :)

We loved everything about our stay! The house is just gorgeous, it was built with lots of love for the detail and we felt comfortable from the very beginning, The view of the sea and the lights of Split after the sun went down is breathtaking, The pool that we just had for us was a highlight! There is everything you might need during your stay, By car you reach Supetar with its supermarkets, restaurants and the beach within a few minutes, The owners are very kind and uncomplicated, We enjoyed every single moment we had at this place!
