Brand New Luxury villa with heated pool, great for groups of up to 10 people on a beautiful Island Brac.
The villa was built in 2021 in a contemporary style, it offers its guests 260 m2, and it has a large courtyard. The nearest beach is located 2 km from the villa. A maximum of 10 people can stay in the villa, and guests will be comfortably accommodated in 5 bedrooms with double beds, en suite bathrooms, and a balcony. On the ground floor, there is a beautifully decorated living room with a romantic fireplace, modern furniture, TV, and piano. Near the living room there is a dining room with a dining table with 10 seats, and a modern kitchen with a bar and espresso coffee maker.
On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated swimming pool with the additional functionality of electrolysis, a waterfall and geyser, it is 1.5 meters deep and its size is 33 m2. Next to the pool, there are 4 deck chairs for sunbathing, and an outdoor table for eating. You can also use an outdoor grill. Additional features of Luxury house Natanel include a separate toilet, washing machine, dryer, and iron.
The courtyard of the villa is fully built and offers its guests 5 private parking spaces, and the villa has a view of the sea from two bedrooms. Children will be delighted by the open yard where they can play and have fun freely, and they can also use the trampoline.
