    Relax and unwind in this spacious and stylish Billings Park home (1/2 duplex), just minutes from Duluth. Designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, the home features a main floor Coral Room with two queen beds, a main floor Tulip Room with one queen bed, and a private King Suite upstairs with its own full bathroom. A second full bathroom on the main floor provides added convenience for groups and families.

    Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, open living areas, a fenced backyard with patio & firepit, and a 2-car garage. Whether you're visiting for work, family time, or a North Shore adventure, you'll appreciate the convenient location near Canal Park, the Duluth waterfront, local dining, shopping, and area attractions while returning each evening to a quiet neighborhood retreat. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for the pet fee of $27 (covers an additional 1/2 hour of cleaning). Please no cats as we have severe cat allergy in our family. Thank you!

This property was perfect for our stay with our dogs in Superior. The fenced in yard made things easy for a couple country dogs not accustomed to leashes. Everything was as described. Super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay while we visited Duluth. We appreciate the clean and comfortable home as well as the extra touches for our dog, like a pretend fire hydrant in the fenced in backyard. The bonfire and whole set up made for a very relaxing time with family for our vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. The place was well stocked with supplies including pet friendly items. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough to cook meals for 8 guests. The host was responsive to my requests and answered them quickly. We had a great time during our visit with plenty of attractions close to the townhouse.
