Historic Tudor Cottage - Cute 3 Bedroom Home

  • Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom home! Built in 1929, this historic cottage offers a blend of vintage character and modern amenities. We are centrally located in Superior - just minutes from the University of Wisconsin, Canal Park, and Lake Superior's North and South Shores. We offer an ideal base for travelers, families, and small groups! The home accommodates up to 6 guests and has 1 bathroom.

    Enjoy over 1,500 square ft of living space including our fully equipped kitchen with spices, coffee, tea, and cookware. We also have a large dining table suitable for family dinners or game nights. There are two onsite parking spots easily accessible to the back entrance.

    We are listed on the Wisconsin Architecture and History Inventory, highlighting historical significance. This cottage showcases classic Tudor Revival elements, including steeply pitched gable roofs, asymmetrical facades, and distinctive brickwork. Inside, original Craftsman woodwork and leaded glass windows add to its historic charm. The home has been thoughtfully updated to include modern conveniences while preserving its architectural integrity. We would love to have you!

This cozy place was wonderful to stay at with family. They said it was like staying at GranMa’s house . It was centrally located to so many places we wanted to see. The grocery stores were convenient too. We will be back.

We visited Duluth and handful of times for the activities for children and the drive to or from the property was not long at all. Loved the location! Our two young boys loved the upstairs setup. Clean and comfortable. Host cleared the snow right away and at a reasonable time. Thank you for sharing this property. Definitely stay again!

We were in town for the Airshow and sightseeing. Close to Duluth and not far from shopping and restaurants! We enjoyed the charming house with old school details, but modern kitchen and flowering plants around the house! Ample seating in dining room and living room! It was a great weekend! Also appreciated the short check out list!

Historic Tudor cottage in Superior was an outstanding place to stay. The location was perfect for us to head up the North Shore, visit the Apostle Islands, and hit the regular Duluth tourist spots. Communication with Ashley was very smooth and easy. We highly recommend this cottage.

This house is fantastic! We really enjoyed how the historic beauty of the house was maintained so we could step back in time, yet have the modern conveniences to be comfortable. It would clearly take extensive effort to keep this house in such beautiful condition. It is fastidiously clean, neat and organized. Our group wished we could have stayed longer. Communication was clear and the host was responsive. This experience sets a high bar for other rentals and I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay.
