Ideal Tiny House Retreat Perfect for a Romantic Getaway in Queensland, Australia

The Space:

This Tiny House is the perfect Sunshine Coast Hinterland accommodation with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.



The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on the property—where two other tiny houses sit on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence.

- Australia Zoo is a 700-acre zoo that boasts a variety of Australia's native wildlife along with interactive activities for everyone to enjoy.

- Cooloolabin Conservation Park is located between Hillcrest and Atkinson Road that offers bushwalking, rock pools, and cascading waters.

- Mapleton, Montville, and Maleny are a few of the nearby towns due west from the property that offers easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions.



Getting Around:

By car:



- 5 min drive to and from Nambour

- 20 min drive to and from Coolum

- 20 min drive to and from Mooloolaba

- 40 min drive to and from Noosa National Park



By public transport: All trains and busses come into Nambour Station, 5-min ride by taxi or Uber to the property.



Other Things to Note:

- Please bring your own firewood

- No smoking allowed on the property

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the tiny house

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
